Aval Dor Spiced Gin
Aval Dor Spiced Gin:
Driven by a desire to produce inspirational spirits, we have taken our Original Gin direct from the pot still, then pitched in lashings of fresh orange zest, cassia quills, nutmeg and clove buds.
After a month or two’s infusion we are left with this decadent gin, bolstered with rich exotic spices.
Our Gin comes from Cornwall's first plough to bottle distillery, delicately produced from scratch at a 5th generation Cornish family farm.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Zesty orange notes precede rich exotic spices, all underpinned by ever-prominent juniper
Palate
Bold and complex, a decadent dry gin, bolstered with rich exotic spices and orange zest
Finish
Woody juniper works well on the finish with the warmth of heady spice
Perfect Serve:
Perfect served neat over ice or paired with ginger ale, garnished with an orange twist.
