Aval Dor Cornish Original Gin:
Our Original Cornish Gin has been crafted as a timeless classic.
Plough to bottle, our Gin comes from Cornwall's first plough to bottle distillery, delicately produced from scratch at a 5th generation Cornish family farm.
A selection of the finest botanicals are distilled into our award winning vodka in our handmade copper pot stills.
Juniper, coriander, orris root in addition to fresh lemon balm, rosemary and bay leaves, picked from our Grandmother's garden all play their part in producing this delicious gin.
Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Woody earthy juniper, coriander, orris root on the nose with hints of Cornish lemon balm, rosemary and bay leaves.
Palate
Beautifully balanced, dry juniper gives way to orris root and spices.
Finish
Wonderfully dry, finishing on the warmth of spice.
Perfect Serve:
Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
