Our classic London Dry style gin has won GOLD at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition and has been crafted to make the perfect G&T.
A selection of nine of the finest botanicals are distilled into our award winning potato based vodka in our handmade copper pot stills, including Cornish rosemary, lemon balm, Juniper, coriander, vapour infused citrus peel.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Herbaceous pine oils from earthy juniper, well balanced with citrus top notes and underlying exotic spices.
Palate
Solid and strong juniper berries up front with hints of citrus, give way to caraway seeds and cardamom.
Finish
That perfect juniper rich super dry finish.
Perfect Serve:
Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnished with a lime twist.
