The fruity tang of rhubarb and the spicy, earthy zing of ginger are a classic flavour combination that make this arguably the most flavoursome gin in the world.
We take our award winning Dry Gin and pitch in fresh rhubarb and ginger root. Then we wait.
Only when our Head Distiller deems it ready, we rack off the fruit and spice then hand bottle this complex gin in individual batches.
