A refreshing take on the Cornish Dry. Designed to amplify those hot, long summer days spent in the sun with family and friends.
We’ve taken our Caspyn Cornish Dry and infused it with fresh English cucumbers. Our Midsummer Dry Gin has a slight green hint to it from the natural ingredients being used (no sign of essences being used here!), yet it still has all the hall-marks of our Cornish Dry Gin but with added extra earthy notes.
A mellow, refreshing drink.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Woody juniper, hints of floral blossom, zesty citrus, aromatic herbs and fresh cucumber.
Palate
Resinous juniper, delicate florals, waves of sticky citrus, a touch of green herbs and a Summer lightness of cucumber.
Finish
Woody and dry, with fresh aromatics and the freshness of cucumber, which will make you feel like its Summer, even on the cloudiest of days.
Perfect Serve:
With the sun shining all we can think about is a lovely cold refreshing cocktail to quench our thirst, try it in The Gimlet
50ml of Caspyn Midsummer Gin, 25ml of Lime Cordial, stirred over ice in a mixing glass and strained and served into a coupe with a twist of lime to garnish.
