Named after the savoury cocktail The Gibson, a Martini garnished with a cocktail onion.

The Gibson Bar is lead by Marian Beke. Lauded for pushing creativity in cocktails with amazing presentation, you will find yourself struggling to choose which one to start with first. All cocktails are highly inventive and follow a seasonal/monthly set out menu allowing you to transcend yourself to that time in liquid form.

The cocktails are not only a feast on the eyes but will have your taste buds going to places they never have before.

VIBE

The Gibson Bar is based in Old Street, a juxtaposition to its surroundings. Although bijou in size, its vibe takes you on a journey into the Gatsby era with gold and jade decor. Any visit here is a sensory experience of the top level and one that you will remember fondly, often accompanied with live music of jazz and blues.

COCKTAILS

You will be able to find a cocktail for each spirit preference and some classics with extraordinary twists

Try the Pickled Banana Daquiri, a stunning combination of Discarded banana peel rum, azuki bean, Fair Cacao Liqueur, Milk Oolong Tea, Palm Sugar, Young Coconut Water, Banana Chutney, Curry Leaf and Peanut Butter Dust, with Lime, Saffron and Coconut oil ice.

Or maybe the tongue tingling Electric Earl, with a list of ingredients that will make your hair stand on end, Lady Grey Tea infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, Italicus Liqueur, Electric Bitters, London Essence Tonic and Citrus Grass Cordial, garnished with an electrifying flower bud.

Absolutely amazing.

Although this wonderful bar is all about the cocktails and rightly so, delicious small plates of food can be ordered that only enhance the sensory delight even further

COCKTAILS TO GO

The Gibson have a variety of cocktails to go covering all spirit preferences. They are available for delivery through Deliveroo for those living in London and through their Shopify website for delivery outside of London.
