Springfever Floral Spring Gin:

Springfever Gin, why Springfever? Well its that feeling that accompanies a lift in spirits as nature begins to awaken and bloom.

This is our Spring seasonal expression, made with a bouquet of fragrant flowers, including botanicals, gorse flowers, cowslip flowers, elderflowers, orange blossom and chamomile.

An all-natural amber hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending a silky-smooth mouthfeel and delicately floral taste of Springtime.

Tasting Notes:

Nose

A floral bouquet, like walking through Spring flower meadows.

Palate

Woody juniper, sweet honey, crisp apple and wonderfully balanced florals.

Finish

Earthy juniper is still present on a delicately balanced silky-smooth finish.

Perfect Serve:

Serve with plenty of ice with an elderflower tonic water, with dried hibiscus petals to garnish.
