Marmalade Old Tom Gin:

The One Made For Toasting

A favourite treat of Anne Boleyn and her ladies in waiting, marmalade has long been a British breakfast tradition.

A BOTTLE OF MARMALADE OLD TOM AND A COCKTAIL IN A WOODLAND SETTING

We’ve taken the archetypal flavour of the Seville orange and distilled it with a gorgeous combination of botanicals, infused more Seville Orange peel and then added a slight sweetness to create a citrus-forward, contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition.

Old Tom Gin, as a style, is a little sweeter than a London Dry.

This is no exception, but not too sweet to put off the gin purists out there.

A BOTTLE OF MARMALADE OLD TOM AND A COCKTAIL IN A WOODLAND SETTING WITH A SQUIRREL

We have upped the ante on our dry gin with added Seville orange peel, a little star anise and some liquorice root at the point of distillation; we’ve then infused the gin with traditional marmalade for two weeks and brought the ABV down to 40% with hand squeezed orange juice.

The result is a smooth, citrus forward gin with rounded mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes:

Nose

A blast of citrus sweetness with subtle spice

Palate

Orange takes centre stage with notes of warming spice.

Finish

Smooth with a creamy mouthfeel ending on the warmth of spice

Perfect Serve:

Perfect in a warming hot toddy.

In a glass pour 50ml of Marmalade Old Tom Gin, add a table spoon of sugar and top up with boiling water.

Garnish with fresh orange, star anise and a cinnamon stick.
