Nose

Enticing and subtly sweet, with layers of green herbs, resinous woody juniper and crisp orchard fruit.

Palate

Well balanced with earthy juniper, the freshness of cucumber, a slight tartness and sweetness from apple with waves of herbaceous notes from aromatic basil.

Finish

Strong on the finish with woody notes and herbs running true with hints of liquorice.
