Kirsty’s Gin:
Kirsty’s Gin is distilled with Scottish Highland botanicals; kelp, carline thistle & blaeberry which embodies the ocean, rock and land that surrounds the Angus farmlands.
It was the first Scottish Gin to be made from scratch, using Arbikie Potato Vodka as its base spirit rather than buying mass-produced Neutral Grain Spirit (NGS) favoured by most.
Arbikie’s award-winning Potato Vodka gives the Gin an extra smooth and refined taste of depth and character.
This Gin is named after Master Distiller, Kirsty Black, who wanted to create something truly unique with a particular focus on Scottish botanicals, inspired by the environment of the distillery and the Angus region.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Fresh and crisp with notes of black pepper and an underlying seaside character.
Palate
Smooth and creamy with a floral lightness, zesty citrus and delicate black pepper notes.
Finish
Earthy juniper and pepper spice.
Perfect Serve:
Serve with a light Tonic Water over ice, garnished with fresh blueberries and a twist of lemon
