Hydropathic Pudding is a summer fruit cup based on the original recipe for the dessert which was first published in 1902 by the Liverpool School of Cookery, infusing 7KG of real fresh fruit into Tappers' own gin.

Made with a medley of fresh British (Herefordshire) grown fruit, including, strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants and blackcurrants, delivering a burst of juicy sweetness. The resulting tipple has a delightful red hue.

Vibrant and fruity with notes of dark fruits, plum jam and citrus.
