Hydropathic Pudding Summer Fruit Cup
Hydropathic Pudding Summer Fruit Cup:
Hydropathic Pudding is the original Victorian name for Summer fruit pudding.
Hydropathic Pudding is a summer fruit cup based on the original recipe for the dessert which was first published in 1902 by the Liverpool School of Cookery, infusing 7KG of real fresh fruit into Tappers' own gin.
