Tasting Notes:

Nose

Vibrantly aromatic with light floral notes, resinous pine and warming spice.

Palate

Juniper takes the lead followed by waves of heady toasted spice and a warmth from ginger.

Floral aromatics build from the use of Assam tea, which carries a subtle sweetness.

Finish

Super smooth with an incredibly creamy mouthfeel.

Perfect Serve:

Chaitini

A classic dry martini with the taste of chai, great at the start of the night

60ml of Gin Wala, 10ml of tea syrup and a dash of Dry Vermouth

Stirred over ice to chill and served in a Martini glass with a star anise and orange twist to garnish.

Dirty Chai

Creamy, espresso with hint of cardamom, a cool name and a great end of the night

60ml of Gin Wala, 45ml of cold Espresso, 20ml of tea syrup and 60ml of milk.

Shake all the ingredients with ice and then serve in a cutting chai glass with a cardamom garnish.

The Spirits Hub Review:

Gin Wala uses traditional botanicals alongside, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper and Assam tea.

On the nose juniper gives pine freshness which sits comfortably with beautiful aromatics and subtle spice.

The gin sings on the palate with bold juniper quickly leading to fragrant cardamom with a wonderful creamy mouthfeel from vanilla, the taste of cardamom continues before gorgeous spice notes of cinnamon, warming ginger and piquant pepper take over.

The finish is so well balanced continuing with subtle spice and hints of floral tea.
