Dandelion & Burdock Gin:
The Modern Classic
First discovered by St.Thomas Aquinas in 1265 by divine intervention, Dandelion and Burdock is a proven flavour combination that has stood the test of time.
We’ve taken fresh north country dandelion blooms and wild-foraged Burdock and carefully distilled them with our favourite combination of botanicals to create a smooth, contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition.

We’ve taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Earthy juniper, woody roots and light florals
Palate
Pine of juniper, with a sweetness of earthy notes and floral blossom.
Finish
Resinous juniper, with a slightly bitter and medicinal finish.
Perfect Serve:
A slightly different take on a Bramble
In a shaker with ice add, 50ml of Dandelion and Burdock Gin, 30ml of lemon juice and 10ml of sugar syrup.
Shake and pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Over the serve pour 10ml of Crème de Mûre so that it bleeds into the serve.
Garnish with blackberries and mint.
