Barreled Oak:

Gnista is best described as a complex and intense non-alcoholic drink that resembles a fine spirit.

Barreled Oak uses the following ingredients, rhubarb juice, beet syrup, dried spices & fruit (raisins, oak, rye malt, ginger, black pepper), extracts made from vodka (almond, cinnamon, rosemary & habanero), wort, sea salt and botanicals (rosemary, clove and cinnamon).

Just like any spirit it can be sipped neat as well as used as a base for no/low alcoholic cocktails (mocktails).

Gnista has been made possible through a unique combination of gastronomy, food tech and classic spirit making techniques, where distillation, brewing and barrel aging are central. It’s crafted by hand and in small batches in Skåne, Sweden.

Dry and smoky, with tones of warm spices, chocolate and rye, with a distinct character of oak barrels.

Just like any smoky spirit. Except it’s not.
