PALATE

On the palate, fresh tones of ripe fruits are balanced with light bitter and floral spice before giving way to a complex and long lasting finish

THE PERFECT SERVE

Giuseppe Gallo, the creator of Italicus recommends serving the liqueur 50/50 with prosecco over ice and garnished with three green olives - bringing out the delicate flavours of the botanicals but balancing the floral aromas with a touch of saltiness. Salute!
