ABOUT

Vermouth is an aromatic fortified wine that has been flavoured with various botanicals. Vermouth de Chambéry (such as the Dolin range) has to be produced within France’s Savoy region (surrounding Chambéry).

Since its creation, the Dolin company has drawn its inspiration from the Alps region, sourcing plentiful ingredients provided by the surrounding mountains and meadows to create original recipes that remain a secret today.

Faithful to tradition, the distillery has preserved its age-old production methods and a love of the terroir. Today these contribute to making its products the instinctive choice for those who appreciate authentic flavours and a genuine historical provenance.

This iconic vermouth was a huge success from the outset across the Atlantic and was later immortalized by James Bond and his Dry Martini, a very simple and absolutely elegant cocktail.

Dolin Dry Vermouth is still acclaimed by bartenders and mixologists from around the world.

Made from a unique blend of 15 botanicals and spices that macerate in a specific white wine, Ugni Blanc, like the other Dolin vermouths. Absinthe, brooklime, rose and orange bark are the best-known ones, but you can also taste verbena or yellow genepi.
