Eggcentric Chocolate Gin:

Eggcentric Gin is our Easter limited-edition, a mad combination of Easter eggs and the British Eccentricity, which is made with a luxurious array of exotic botanicals.

An all-natural amber hue reflects the traditional method of skilful cold-compounding, lending hints of rich, dark chocolate.

Eggcentric is not a flavoured liqueur-style drink but remains true to the art of gin distillation, with juniper at its heart and using Peruvian criollo cacao, Madagascan bourbon vanilla pods and black garlic as its key botanicals.

Tasting Notes:

Nose

Floral juniper with hints of dark rich chocolate and creamy vanilla.

Palate

Rich, deep and creamy. woody juniper melds with dark chocolate nibs, and sweet vanilla.

Finish

Long, delicate and sweet notes of dark chocolate.

Perfect Serve:

Serve of Ice with a clementine tonic, garnished with citrus and maybe a piece of luxurious chocolate or two.

Or serve in an Eggspresso Martini with 45ml Eggcentric Gin, 30ml freshly brewed espresso coffee, 20ml coffee liqueur, shaken over ice and poured into your best Martini or cocktail glass.
