Brentingby Rooibos & Baobab Gin:
Rooibos & Baobab Pink Gin combines two traditional African ingredients.
Rooibos, a "red bush", or Broom like member of the plant family, often made into red tea and baobab, known as "the upside down tree", with both the seed and fruit being edible.
With the introduction of hibiscus, giving the gin its natural pink colour, these unique botanicals bringing a fresh pink gin to life.
Tasting Notes:
Nose
Notes of pine, zesty citrus, spirituous spice and subtle fruit tea and floral aromas.
Palate
A piney juniper-led classically-styled gin with the subtle floral fruity flavours. A creamy mouthfeel with notes reminiscent of strawberries and cream
Finish
Juniper is present on the finish with hints of aromatic tea and pepper spice.
Perfect Serve:
Try this Pink Gin in a Hibiscus Negroni
In a mixing glass with ice add equal parts Gin, Dubonnet and Campari.
Stir to chill and pour into your favourite glass, garnished with a twist of orange and hibiscus petals
